Moira E. McDaid is an Associate Attorney with with the firm’s Corporate Team. She assists in the handling of recruitment-based labor certification (PERM) processes and complex nonimmigrant matters for a variety of institutions, including multinational corporations, family businesses, start-ups, and non-profits, in industries spanning information technology, engineering, and healthcare.
Prior to joining the firm, Moira gained legal experience as an attorney addressing topics in conflicts, risk management, and various areas of litigation, and as an intern with the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic. Additionally, Moira has a background in journalism, finance, and education.
Moira holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, a Master of Arts in Political Science from the American University in Cairo, and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. Moira is proficient in French and conversational in Arabic and German.
